ECHO introduces sustainable plants, techniques, and technologies to farmers around the world who are struggling to feed their families. Our group discovered and tasted some of those plants: Barbados cherry, Bahama cherry, papaya, avocado, moringa, neem, peanut butter fruit, jackfruit, dragonfruit, moujean tea, Chinese spinach, Okinawa spinach, Sisoo spinach, fuzzy pea, kapok, prickly pear, sapote, vanilla orchid, cranberry hibiscus, ….
Animals: Cracker sheep, pigs, geese, Transylvanian naked neck chickens, orchid bee, and queen butterfly.
